However if due to some unforeseen situation you require the return of the product then the following terms apply for a mutually consented return.

Return & Refund Terms

1) We have a generous 1-day no-questions-asked return policy. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will take it back. 
 At any point of time the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods We will issue refund on below condition.

  • If You Place Order From Website then we will issue 70% Refund ( 30% will be Order Processing & Payment Gateway & Other Recurring Charges.)
  • If You Place Order From Our WhatsApp No (9662646474) we will issue 80% Refund ( 20% will be Order Processing & Shipping Cost & Other Recurring Charges.)

2) We have a generous 2-day Exchange Policy. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, You Can Return that product and exchange with any other available product. (Applicable one time per order) Shipping Charge Applicable For Exchange (150/- RS Per Kg)

  • dhinglimatching.com will not be responsible for return the money which you have paid for shipping to send the parcel back.
  • Please initiate returns via our WhatsApp Number (9662646474) / Email (dhinglimatching@gmail.com) within 1 days (24 hours) from the date of receiving the product. Return request will not be accepted through any other medium.

Conditions

The following products shall not be eligible for return or exchange

1) Any product that exhibits physical damage to the product or is not in the original condition

2) Please note that we are not accepting any returns for stitched clothing, including Lehengas, Salwar Suits, Gown, Sarees & Stitched Sarees with custom blouse. We only accept returns for damaged products. For which you have to provide open video of the product from the courier bag, you have to check the product against the video.

  • We do not accept any returns after 8 calendars days of receiving the shipment to our office.
  • The customer will be responsible for shipping the product to our warehouse. We will not arrange for a courier to pick up the merchandise from your home. customer will bear the cost of return shipping.
    At any point of time the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods.
    We will issue 70% refund of damaged unstitched product price. ( 30% will be Order Processing & Payment Gateway & other recurring Charges.)
    We will not refund the custom duties, shipping cost,  taxes, if applicable.
    In case of orders with free shipping, shipping cost would be deducted from the refund dhinglimatching.com will not be responsible for return the money which you have paid for shipping to send the parcel back.

    Customer have to bare the shipping cost while returning the unstitched  or stitched products in any case. dhinglimatching.com will not bare any kind return shipping cost.

    Refunds would not be accepted for custom made / stitched clothing, including readymade stitched sarees or sarees stitched with custom blouse. 
     
    Any complaint with regards to the damage or stains should be reported to us within 2-4 hrs of the receipt of the products. We may ask for digital picture of the same in order to review the same. In case of product return, we will issued refund once we received the product back at our office. Refund will take time to reflect in customer’s account about 4 to 5 working days. We do not accept any returns after 8 calendars days of receiving the shipment to our office.
     
    While we are committed to maintaining a long-lasting relationship with our customers by providing them 100% satisfaction, we are unable to accept returns or exchange of customized  products.
     
    Return requests regarding strains or damage faults need to be filed within 2-4 hours of product delivery. In these cases you will also need to send an image of the product, a digital copy of the invoice of the product.

    We do not cancel the placed order after 2 Hours. If you want to cancel the order after 2 Hours you will have to pay 30% bank payment processing charges from your total order amount. We do not provide any cancellation if order is in processing and products are received. We don’t provide any refunds for the same. Cancellation amount will be credited as dhinglimatching Store Credit or Coupons.

    Color and Description Discrepancy 

    The apparel description on the website contains details and product specifications which are approximate values, closest to reality. While we strive to be accurate in showcasing colors there still may be minor variations because of the light and settings during photography and also the color settings and properties of various monitors. Other details like weight, work details and size may vary slightly as well. Hence the customer should keep in mind the slight variation when placing the order online. dhinglimatching.com believes that every customer placing an order is absolutely aware of these minor variations that may occur in with respect to the actual color of the outfit received.

    Embellishment related Issues

    Apparel consisting of embellishments like beads and sequences usually has the tendency to come off.  Even with perfect handling, care and packaging this cannot be completely avoided. During physical transit, some of them may come loose, hence if you see such situations arise when you unpack or wear your attire, do not worry as it is a common issue.
